Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 3.55 g, 6 h), Rome, 125-128. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS Laureate head of Hadrian to left, with slight drapery on right shoulder. Rev. COS III Roma or Virtus standing right, with left foot set on helmet, holding spear and parazonium. BMC 356 var. (differing bust type). Cohen 353 var. (differing bust type). RIC 160. The obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
